The MIA–25E Rotary Evaporator is designed for efficient and gentle removal of solvents from samples by evaporation. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food industries for processes such as
concentration, solvent recovery, crystallization, and purification. Its precise temperature control, high-quality glass components, and reliable sealing make it ideal for research laboratories, pilot plants, and production environments requiring consistent and reproducible results.

Our Core Strengths

  • The main component: the use of antirust aluminum alloy, special engineering material, and high temperature and quality
    glass. It is compact in structure, beautiful in appearance and durable.
  • Main engine drive: adopt the precision deceleration motor, electronic speed regulation gear, rack type drive device. The
    pore diameter of the transmission shaft is increased, so the evaporation duct is 1.5 times larger than that of the general instrument, and the efficiency of evaporation is improved.
  • Lifting mechanism: using the principle of point contact mechanical collection, hydraulic auxiliary drive to achieve
    rapid rise, stable speed decline function, improve the efficiency.
  • Evaporation pipe: high quality and high temperature glass, fluoroplastic composite composition. The two ends are fitted with silicon urine conforms to the seal ring, and the vacuum seal is sealed well. It has long service life and can be removed and replaced regularly on demand.
  • Heating tank: using the Teflon aluminum alloy composite pot (23*13). The protection of the special engineering of the coat, all enclosed electric heating is installed on the base of antirust aluminum alloy, stable and reliable.
